Ildikó Gausz

Ildikó Gausz (1972), senior librarian, PhD student. Studies: Assistant master’s degree in French and Latin Languages and Literatures (University of Szeged, 1996), Diploma of complementary studies in book sciences (Université Catholique de Louvain, 2002), Diploma of IT Librarian (University of Szeged, 2006), PhD student of the Modern History Programme of the Doctoral School in History at the University of Szeged. (2013-) Research interest: unknown Latin and French sources in the representation of Hungary and the Hungarian nation in the 16th and 17th Centuries, Ottoman expansion in Hungary at the turn of the seventeenth century, French diplomacy network grew and ambassadors in European countries (including Constantinople), French Wars of Religion under Henry IV.
